Print Shop FAQs

  • All print shop products are made-to-order and will be securely shipped within 7-10 business days from the date ordered.

    Delivery times may vary depending on the final destination and we cannot guarantee any estimated delivery times from the carrier.

  • Due to the custom nature of the artwork, all sales are final.

    If you receive the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to jaclyn@jaclynauletta.com within 72 hours with a photo of your damaged/incorrect order including the item and it’s packaging. After investigation, if possible, we will ship a new order or issue a refund.

  • The best way to find out when new prints and collections are dropping is signing up for the monthly newsletter here!

    The second best place would be Instagram or the blog.

  • Right now, we only ship within the United States. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added at checkout and is dependent on the final destination of the order.

  • Wholesale is coming soon! Please send me an email at jaclyn@jaclynauletta.com if you are interested in ordering whole or stocking our product. I will send out a newsletter specifically for this when it opens!

  • Yes, prints larger than 16×24 are available un-matted. All prints larger than 24×36 require a custom quote. Please feel free to reach out at jaclyn@jaclynauletta.com

  • Yes, all prints come with a certificate of authenticity.

    Edition prints will be hand signed and numbered by Jaclyn. There are currently only open edition prints.

  • Matted prints use acid free matting. Due to the custom nature of the matting process, there may be slight variations in craftsmanship.
