There’s something special about a well-kept secret, and Andy’s proposal to Allie at Duke Gardens was nothing short of amazing! After weeks of planning and a little help from one of their closest friends, Andy pulled off a perfect surprise proposal in one of the most beautiful spots in North Carolina - Duke Gardens in Durham.

Under the guise of helping me as models for a last minute photo session, Allie and Andy strolled toward the main gardens and stumbled upon the proposal location. He took her hand, dropped to one knee, and asked her to spend forever with him. Allie was overjoyed and without hesitation, she said yes!

The gardens provided the perfect backdrop for some engagement photos and I couldn’t be happier for these two. Enjoy some of my favorites from their special day!
